High temperature aluminum foil tape is a thin tape that combines glass cloth with a laminate of aluminum foil. The aluminum foil tape provides high strength and reflectivity with excellent flexibility. Aluminum foil glass cloth tape backing (18um foil / FR glue / 8 x 8 Mesh glass cloth), combined with a high performance flame retardant solvent acrylic adhesive, protected by an easy-release silicone release paper.
Tape structure include following layers:
1. High temperature resistant glass cloth reinforced foil backing, it is a Aluminum foil laminated with fiberglass cloth with fire retardant glue.
2. (7um foil / FR glue / 110gsm glass cloth 12×12).
3. Coating with a high temperature resistant silicone adhesive.
4. Protected by an easy-release silicone release paper.
High temperature aluminum foil tape is a strong and flexible tape with high tensile strength, puncture and tear resistance. The silicone adhesive adheres well to silicone surfaces and over irregular or uneven substrates. High temperature aluminum foil tape is light and heat reflective, plus it resists flame, moisture, weather and UV degradation. High temperature foil tape is a chemical resistant, thermally conductive tape that performs consistently at temperatures ranging from -70 degree Celsius to +225 degree Celsius.
